This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which users of the Cooliee job portal (hereafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our") may request cancellations and refunds for paid services. By using our services, you agree to the terms stated below.

2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Service Cancellation
Users may cancel premium services (e.g., paid job listings, featured employer profiles, or any subscription-based services) under the following conditions:

Within 24 hours of purchase: Users are eligible to cancel the service for a full refund.
After 24 hours: Cancellations will still be accepted; however, no refund will be provided.
2.2 Onboarding Services
Our onboarding service, provided complimentary for up to 4 hours, is non-refundable if users request additional professional services beyond the free period.
2.3 Non-Cancellable Services
Free services offered through the platform (e.g., job search by candidates or complimentary job postings)
