This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines how and when users will gain access to digital services offered by Cooliee. As a digital job portal, Cooliee does not ship physical goods. Instead, all services are delivered online, providing immediate or scheduled access to users.

2. Service Delivery
2.1 Instant Access to Digital Services
Premium Listings: Once payment is confirmed, premium job postings or services (e.g., featured employer profiles, resume boosts for job seekers) will be activated instantly on the platform.
Subscription Services: Users who subscribe to our premium plans will receive immediate access to exclusive features once the payment is successfully processed.
Notification: Users will receive an email confirmation once their digital service has been successfully activated.
2.2 Delayed or Scheduled Delivery
Job Listings Approval: If the service involves moderation or approval (e.g., premium job listings), it may take up to 24 hours for the listing to go live. Users will be notified once the job posting is active.
Scheduled Access: If a service is scheduled for future access (e.g., featured job postings that start on a specific date), users will be informed of the activation date.
3. Non-Delivery of Services
If a user experiences any issues with service delivery, such as failure to access a premium service after payment, they should contact our support team at support@cooliee.com. We aim to resolve all service delivery issues within 48 hours.
4. Changes to Delivery Terms
Cooliee reserves the right to modify the terms of this policy. Users will be notified in advance if any significant changes affect service delivery timelines.
